With his research and ideas, Paul Schatz has provided many impulses and you can follow these processes on the website of the Paul Schatz Foundation, right up to alternative ship propulsion systems. Architecture was also inspired by this in the form of the Heliodome "Sun House" by Éric Wasser. Other examples include the hand-operated internal mixer called Rhythmixx, the motorized 3D shaker mixer called the TURBULA® mixer and the inversion movement-inspired wind turbine called Vayu.

At first glance, this is so revolutionary that many experts initially react with incomprehension and skepticism. At the same time, scientific research into this impulse-like flow is so complex that it is very cost-intensive to study it in detail using flow simulation. Nevertheless, we have been able to achieve the first promising simulations with the help of our CFD specialist Benjamin Köpke. You can marvel at this on YouTube. We can offer further simulations with the help of the specialist for customer applications.

From today's perspective, this has led to OLOID technology finding grateful customers, particularly in areas of application where the effect is immediately apparent after brief tests, e.g. improving the energy efficiency of pond treatment plants, reducing algae in collecting basins for irrigation water or minimizing odours in compost leachate. The combination of e.g. existing aeration systems with OLOID products is often a good way of stabilizing discharge values and saving costs. OLOID technology is also used by customers where electricity savings are very important or where, for example, there is no power supply and self-sufficient solutions such as the solar OLOID are required.

Today, there is experience with OLOID technology from Chile (waste water) to Australia (pond renovation) and a total of approx. 1000 projects have already been realized worldwide. Legally, our company belongs to Neuguss Verwaltunsggesellschaft mbH and this is accompanied by the economic concept that the inversion technology cannot be sold in the long term and that substantial income is available for further development. This is intended to improve and expand cooperation with current and future partners so that a safe haven is created for this technology and at the same time the product can achieve a sustainable position on the market. In this context, in 2015 we expanded production in Berlin at alfred rexroth GmbH & Co. KG (also part of the new casting network) in 2015, so that service support can also be provided there if there is no sales and service partner in the immediate vicinity.

We invite all those responsible for agitating processes in companies to contact us and examine with us the energy savings and quality improvements that can be achieved with the OLOID in their process. Particularly in areas where circulation is required 24 hours a day and large volumes of liquid are involved, energy cost savings of over 50% are often possible, meaning that the investment in the technology can pay for itself within a short period of time. This is why we received an award from the German Federal Environmental Foundation in 2016.
